Olympic event tickets are not included in our accommodation packages. Due to the official Olympic ticket lottery system, we are unable to assist with securing event tickets. The good news is that official Olympic tickets are reasonably priced—you'll need to participate in the lottery system set up by the official LA28 Olympics team to purchase them separately.

Each package tier has specific minimum stay requirements: Bronze (5 nights), Silver (7 nights), and Gold (18 nights for the full Olympic block). These minimums ensure we can accommodate guests throughout the Games. Contact our team to find the perfect package for your schedule.

Yes, you can choose your preferred dates during the Olympic Games period in July 2028, subject to availability and your package tier's minimum stay requirements. Book early for the best room selection.

The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. The 25% payment due at the end of 2026 is refundable until the next payment is due. The remaining balance due by end of 2027 is refundable up until 180 days before the Games begin. We strongly recommend travel insurance for added protection.

We're just 15 minutes from Olympic venues, with easy Metro access to events throughout the LA area. Our location in Long Beach's East Village Arts District puts you close to the action while avoiding downtown LA crowds.

Our payment schedule is designed to be flexible: 50% deposit at time of booking, 25% due by the end of 2026, and the remaining 25% due by the end of 2027. This structure allows you to secure your Olympic accommodations now while spreading out your payments over time.
